Disc 3- Chinshi no Nunti Bo Kata, applications and drills.
A classic Nunti Bo Kata with an interpetation of the moves in the Kata.
Disc 4- Nakazato no Sai Shodan (Pronged weapon) Kata, applications and drills.
An Okinawan Sai Kata with an interpetation of the moves in the Kata.
