Seiyunchin translates as (attack, conquer, suppress; also referred to as
"to control and pull into battle"): The kata demonstrates the use of
techniques to unbalance, throw and grapple with close-quartered striking,
sweeps and take-downs.
As in all Kata, some of the moves are obvious while others are carefully
hidden! Come join me as I cover the traditional applications for each and
every move of Seiyunchin Kata while revealing some of the obscure
advanced meanings that are hidden deep inside! There are a total of 67
applications included in this video! Some of them are rarely shown if ever
seen at all! Some demonstrate compatible movements with Tai Chi
Chuan, Wing Chiun etc. It doesn't matter if you know Seiyunchin Kata or
