Mountain Teachings is a company dedicated to excellence in Martial Arts training. We are known for our systematic, common sense, step by step method of presenting the basics, kata and applications of the Asian Fighting Arts. We currently offer seminars, tapes, and other publications in Iaido (Japanese Swordsmanship), Okinawan Kobudo (Weapons), Karate (Empty hand fighting) and Goshin-Jutsu (Grappling). All materials sold are original productions of Mountain Teachings and are not available anywhere else.
